The world has lost a wonderful man Yesterday - Robin Williams actor and comedian passed away Yesterday. So i am calling for a moment of Silence .
Robin Williams actually did contribute to this and my other comic Luna Star in the form of the Movie " Bicentennial man " a touching and very human story of a machines quest to be human.
Robin McLaurin Williams (July 21, 1951 – August 11, 2014)
My car, having survived a tree branch falling on it and doing an expensive but insurance-covered amount of damage, has now decided to liven things up by trying to stop functioning in other expensive but non-insurance-covered ways. If anyone would like to help me make it behave, donations would be extremely welcome. Paypal is an option for any generous souls, but my share of what hits the tip jar on Patreon will also be going directly into mechanic-administered obedience classes for my car, so among our other nice rewards there, reboot pages may happen as a thank-you. :)
No Dolly doesn't know, jamie; however, Dolly sent Mira to Calliope. I think Dolly was hoping that Calliope would 'wake-up' and take a more active role in the situation.
Reminds me a bit of the computer game called "the last of us" where the female protagonist collects some comic books called "Savage Starlight" who has this "Endure and survive!" motto that she keeps sprouting.
There are so many good parts in that game, picking one part out is hard.
Though I have a soft spot for the cinematic where they're traveling in a car and she tells him about the two magazines she stole from someone else.
It is actually an interesting though, just how good is Dolly's new brain ?
After all, Calliope would go so far as to cheat to give her the very best.
And it might just be a whole lot better than anything else out there.
Someone could be in for a nasty surprise, once she starts using it.
its hard to say,. Dolly has lost none of her "mental acuity or speed" she can still use speed speak and make huge calculations in micro seconds . but a lot of the brains capacity is used for running her body.
ie. less rigid thinking and better at thinking .. laterally ?
Would make her good at coming up with alternative solutions and make things go .. sideways .. for the opponent.
Yeah, except in a society that is as repressed as Nova Roma's is, I fear it would be slow. Looking for what they AVOID talking about, rather than what they do talk about.
*Gives the Entire cast individually *save Marcus and Maxis* A long tight comforting hug. *though with tedee its just a Short one and a brief curt nod, casue she may be upset too but ain't big on mushy shows of compassion. and a makes sure Roses and Centy's is Extra comforting as this likely hurt them even worse*
Stirring up a hornets nest, our Dolly is.
She likes to play with the bees!
...What I remember Aeneas talking about sure fits the way the message was constructed and signed.
Pretty hilarious.
Good game too. :)

Ellie : "Oh. Why are all those (pages) stuck together ?"
Joel : "um"
Better than any other android out there, in fact!
And the heavens trembled!

I think Dolly is worried about it being a Honeypot though. Someone putting a trap out for possible agents trying to come to Lynn's rescue.
.. and maybe this one too.
I wonder, is CeCi also a trap ?
Ada has been such a good influence on TeeDee. :)
Kay: We're gonna check the hot sheets.
[Kay pulls up to a newsstand and buys a pile of supermarket tabloids]
Jay: THESE are the hot sheets?
Kay: Best investigative reporting on the planet. But go ahead, read the New York Times if you want. They get lucky sometimes.
