You are an hour early,
did you reset your clock?
Centcomm 4th Nov 2014, 9:18 PM edit delete reply

Sheela 5th Nov 2014, 10:31 AM edit delete reply

One down how many left? Nice incentive, looks like the troops are ready to provide some erotic stimulation as a new medical procedure.
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 1:15 AM edit delete reply

heheh :D
jamie59 4th Nov 2014, 9:25 PM edit delete reply

Quick work! Hard to question a body.
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 1:16 AM edit delete reply

Shes not there to "arrest" or Question them..
Sheela 5th Nov 2014, 10:32 AM edit delete reply

I'm guessing Malati is not one for stealth, but prefers the direct approach ?
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 11:37 PM edit delete reply

yep .. she does not prefer to pussyfoot around :D
CptKerion 4th Nov 2014, 9:59 PM edit delete reply
While I'm pretty sure this isn't the case... somehow I keeping thinking "what if you got the wrong guy?"
DLKmusic 4th Nov 2014, 10:56 PM edit delete reply

Liquid gas containers and a delivery system being hauled in? Sure, that's normal for a high school... perfectly legit!

Especially in an area that has been targeted as a high security area. Even if this was legitimate, he picked the wrong night to make the delivery, and didn't bother clearing it through proper channels.

I hate it when excessive force is used by the police unnecessarily, but this really isn't one of those cases.
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 1:18 AM edit delete reply

She has a internal list of everyone who SHOULD be there or is ALLOWED to be there - she has facial patterns and voice records if they don't match her memory then its a "oops" wrong place wrong time if they are innocent. Of course if they were a underage child Malati has a different set of protocols to deal with that. even children can be used as weapons.
Sheela 5th Nov 2014, 10:34 AM edit delete reply

Babies make excellent ammunition for trebuchets is you freeze them into icicles first.

*sage nod*
DLKmusic 5th Nov 2014, 11:02 PM edit delete reply

Sheela, sometimes I want to scratch you behind the ear, and other times I want to lock you in a room with a psychiatrist! That's HORRIBLE!!!!
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 11:36 PM edit delete reply

Dies laughing .. *cratches her behind the ears* LOLOL
Sheela 6th Nov 2014, 3:07 PM edit delete reply

*wags tail and drools slightly*

Psychyatrists make excellent battering rams if you freeze them into icicles first!

Love the glowing eyes in the last frame
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 1:19 AM edit delete reply

Thank you .. that was a cool effect i discovered almost by accident :D
Timotheus 4th Nov 2014, 10:25 PM edit delete reply

Someone's gonna be very embarrassed if he's just here to change the soft drink cylinders.
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 1:19 AM edit delete reply

boy would her face be red.. no really.. it would..
XRzer04 4th Nov 2014, 10:51 PM edit delete reply

The life of the anonymous bad guy henchman is nasty, brutish, and Short. Not a lot of screen time...
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 1:20 AM edit delete reply

Yup poor bad guy 01 we knew you not at all..
velvetsanity 4th Nov 2014, 11:06 PM edit delete reply

It'so too dark to tell. Was the criminal's shirt red, by any chance?
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 1:20 AM edit delete reply

ALMOST.. I almost did make it red..
Sheela 5th Nov 2014, 10:35 AM edit delete reply

If it wasn't red to begin with, it sure is now, soaked in blood as it will be soon.
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 11:37 PM edit delete reply

Pretty much !
Skweeee 4th Nov 2014, 11:09 PM edit delete reply

It getting so that robots wont even let you deliver milk without them slitting your throat. Sheeesh.
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 1:21 AM edit delete reply

If Malati heard you call her a robot .. yeeeesh i wouldn't want to be in your shoes :D
Sheela 5th Nov 2014, 10:36 AM edit delete reply

Actually, it would probably be more normal of that timeframe to have an actual robot do the deliveries.

They'd be both cheaper and more reliant for jobs like that.
Plus they don't need to sleep or have breaks, apart from maintenance.
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 11:38 PM edit delete reply

Nova Roma prefers human workers where Possible they see wide spread automation as a disease..
mjkj 5th Nov 2014, 1:16 AM edit delete reply

I wonder what is in the container with the radioactive symbol...

Nice glowing eyes...

@alt text: oh, I believe Mali will enjoy it...

Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 1:21 AM edit delete reply

we might find out ! :D and thank you :D
Tokyo Rose 5th Nov 2014, 2:52 AM edit delete reply

It's, uh, his coffee flask. Uh, it's a novelty thing. Giant flask with a radiation symbol, ha ha, he loves really strong coffee, ha ha. He got it off of, um, like, Thinkgeek or something. Totally.
Sheela 5th Nov 2014, 10:37 AM edit delete reply

It's what TeeDee drinks instead of regular morning coffee.
Timotheus 5th Nov 2014, 11:02 PM edit delete reply

I have a coffee mug that's correctly labeled for containing a caffeinated corrosive heated liquid. I got it at a hazmat trade show and I've always treasured it. It's a nice solid mug and holds a good slug of coffee to boot.
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 11:38 PM edit delete reply

thats awesome :D
Sheela 6th Nov 2014, 9:51 AM edit delete reply

Hrm .... there's mugs, and then there's mugs !
Kamy 5th Nov 2014, 1:59 AM edit delete reply

I love the "You're trespassing".
In French, "trepasser" means to pass away...
so it's like a double meaning ! Don't know if it's the same in English.

Nicely done !
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 9:38 AM edit delete reply

Thats a really cool double meaning there :D
SquallLion 5th Nov 2014, 2:58 PM edit delete reply

I didn't know that. and I am French too.
SquallLion 5th Nov 2014, 3:12 AM edit delete reply

'you're trepassing'... :p
Greenwood Goat 5th Nov 2014, 3:44 AM edit delete reply
Malati feels happier already! And her spirits can only continue to rise alongside the body count!
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 9:38 AM edit delete reply

Hehehe - :D
Sheela 5th Nov 2014, 10:39 AM edit delete reply

I'm sorry, but Malati's spirit is curently assigned to another job that requires throwing underwear at big muscle bound wrestlers with flowing blond hair. :D
Haegan2005 5th Nov 2014, 5:54 AM edit delete reply

Well, she does have an interesting way to say hello. But it is one way to make sure you have their attention!
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 9:39 AM edit delete reply

She is good at that ..
Sheela 5th Nov 2014, 10:39 AM edit delete reply

You gotta be pretty badass to ignore such a dynamic "hello" ... Malati would love it! :D
Draginbeard 5th Nov 2014, 6:52 AM edit delete reply

Huh, seems these 'Voice' folks aren't the brightest.

Even if Mal wasn't already on to them, this guy should have known better than to be out after hours, lugging such suspicious or obvious containers.
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 9:39 AM edit delete reply

They like many bad guys think they are going to sneak in and get it done ..
KarToon12 5th Nov 2014, 7:36 AM edit delete reply

MAN is that last panel creepy!! D:

Nice job on the night scenes here. It's dark, but not so dark that it's hard to see what's going on.
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 9:40 AM edit delete reply

I really tried to find a balance on that .. too much light and it looks like day time .. too little and no one can see whats going on .. and yes I planned the creepy panel at the end :D
highlander55 5th Nov 2014, 4:51 PM edit delete reply

Streetlights and the front porch lighting (conical shaped) would have given it an even eerier effect while still keeping a night time scene.
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 11:39 PM edit delete reply

if you are talking about that neat cone of light you get at nigth sometimes .. its above my skill right now :(
jas 5th Nov 2014, 7:48 AM edit delete reply

Somehow, I don't think he heard you...

Ah Milati, why can I imagine you saying "Dead, you're coming with me." (as opposed to "Dead or alive").

Nice page, good use of stealth and speed.
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 9:41 AM edit delete reply

Yep the bike is electric so no engine noise and she cut the lights as she came onto the property, he never saw her coming ..
Sheela 5th Nov 2014, 10:41 AM edit delete reply

Electric vehicles make noise too ... particularly wind and tire noise.
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 11:02 AM edit delete reply

I didnt say it didnt make any noise just less than a gas one :D
Stever 5th Nov 2014, 8:56 AM edit delete reply

Well, the penalties for trespassing are pretty stiff.
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 9:42 AM edit delete reply

wait till you see the fines for littering ..
Sheela 5th Nov 2014, 10:41 AM edit delete reply

Aint nothing compared to the punishment you get for loitering !

Malati has a dominatrix suit for those cases, which includes a giant cross with restraints on it 'n' everything.
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 11:35 PM edit delete reply

HEY have you been rummaging in Malatis closet??
Sheela 6th Nov 2014, 9:52 AM edit delete reply

..... mayyybee ?

To be honest, Malati's closet is as big as a graveyard !
Haegan2005 9th Nov 2014, 6:40 AM edit delete reply

Sheela - Ninja, strawberry ice cream eater, and ball chaser. Everything else is unimportant!
Rms2000 5th Nov 2014, 9:05 AM edit delete reply

I'm not sure what to think about the lighting. I couldn't really tell what was happening until I turned my laptop's brightness up to it's highest setting. And while I was thinking about that, I wondered what would happen if you wandered into the texture files and started throwing in random bits of neon colors. or inverted the whole color wheel or something. If I had a)the software b)the models c)the time and d)a computer that could render all that without burning up or crashing, I would probably try it out. Maybe sometime when you need to make some filler, you could recreate a couple of scenes with radically different color schemes. Whatever. That was just my idle thought.
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 9:42 AM edit delete reply

hehehe Photoshop fun! - Sorry they are too dark :( Ill try to keep that in mind when I do night scenes next time. )
DizzasterJuice 5th Nov 2014, 9:17 AM edit delete reply

Must not have seen the "Trespassers will be slashed" sign.
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 9:43 AM edit delete reply

Nope .. he totally missed it ..
Sheela 5th Nov 2014, 10:45 AM edit delete reply

Much better than the sign with "trespassers will be violated", next to the image of a huge negroid male with an inmate uniform on.

... you do *not* want to be violated by him.
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 11:40 PM edit delete reply

no .. nope nope nope nope .. ill be over here with OH so much NOPE
Sheela 6th Nov 2014, 9:54 AM edit delete reply

Indeed .. the "trespassers will be violated" might be the worse case scenario.

But only if the cops can find your mutilated corpse afterwards.
Matt Knab 5th Nov 2014, 1:19 PM edit delete reply

To be fair, he's likely just littering now. You know...with his corpse...
Rashala 5th Nov 2014, 2:15 PM edit delete reply

Well more like defacing public property bleeding and all out....

Okay...this is creepy......Malti and her partner...its like someone took TEdee and Ada and swapped their base personalities............which is MORE creepy
DLKmusic 5th Nov 2014, 4:27 PM edit delete reply
To Misquote Arlo Guthrie:

I was summarily executed fer litterin... And creatin a nuisance!
mjkj 5th Nov 2014, 2:59 PM edit delete reply

Wow, the reboot pages are great :D
Stormwind13 5th Nov 2014, 3:59 PM edit delete reply

Agreed mjkj. MORE, CentComm! :-D

Though that did drop you back under 1200 pages again. :-)
Tokyo Rose 5th Nov 2014, 5:12 PM edit delete reply

Someone failed to wait for me to finish actually DOING the reboot pages.
Stormwind13 5th Nov 2014, 5:20 PM edit delete reply

Oops. :-D Well they LOOK really spiffy, Rose. :-)

I did wonder though, I thought I saw a couple misspellings, which isn't like you. :-)
Tokyo Rose 5th Nov 2014, 6:17 PM edit delete reply

Cent seems to have realized that the fastest way to spur me into doing something is to do it herself and rely on my OCD to force the issue.
Stormwind13 5th Nov 2014, 6:53 PM edit delete reply

Is it working? :-D
Tokyo Rose 5th Nov 2014, 7:46 PM edit delete reply

Well, I just sent an email entitled "Reboot pages and BLOW ME", so pretty much, yeah.
Stormwind13 5th Nov 2014, 7:58 PM edit delete reply

:-D Yay!
DLKmusic 5th Nov 2014, 10:24 PM edit delete reply

OCD or not, We still appreciate your hard work, Rose!!!!!

(hugs)
Centcomm 5th Nov 2014, 11:34 PM edit delete reply

OK all the Rose approved Reboot pages are up .. GO check em out comment enjoy! :D
Sheela 6th Nov 2014, 9:55 AM edit delete reply

Sounds like Centcomm is being sneaky. :D
DizzasterJuice 6th Nov 2014, 8:46 AM edit delete reply

edit: I think my original comment was misunderstood so I deleted it.
Centcomm 6th Nov 2014, 1:51 PM edit delete reply

I dont vote on my own comic - even when I do it tells me - you can only vote once. and Ysterdaybound is a 2d comic they beat CGI comics always ( except a couple that do nudes all the time )
DizzasterJuice 6th Nov 2014, 2:19 PM edit delete reply

I didn't say YOU did... I'm saying it's really getting out of hand. When you see 100 votes in a row all from the same IP block that are all exactly 2 seconds apart you know that guy is using a bot.
Stormwind13 6th Nov 2014, 2:41 PM edit delete reply

TWC has tried to cut down on that, with their need to click on a matching image and counter for mistakes against the IP Address. Apparently they still have some work to do, Dizzaster. :-7
DLKmusic 6th Nov 2014, 8:01 PM edit delete reply

I think there's a lot more to it than that this month too, Cent. I vote for 8 comics regularly, and every single one of them has dropped significantly this month, whether 2D or 3D.
rfaramir 13th Nov 2014, 9:13 AM edit delete reply
I don't know when it started, but I think on TWC you can vote twice a day from each IP address, morning and evening.

So, if you're only voting twice now (once each from home and work), it could be four, and you're falling behind those whose voters know the new deal.

Of course, I could be wrong… :-p
mjkj 14th Nov 2014, 5:09 AM edit delete reply

Usually you can only vote once a day from any ip address for each comic.

Though since November started it seems there is a bug in the system - it now allows it every ten to fifteen minutes to vote.
