Leonard Nimoy, Spock of ‘Star Trek,’ Dies at 83
I really dont have anything to say here . the Man will be missed.. I adored this actor as Spock and he was the best "Alien" I think sci fi ever had on the screen - The actor was a awsome man .. The world is a poorer place with him not in it.
Cent, when you do your group shot with like 50 characters all entering the throne room at once, i want a link to the full size version! Decs face should be interesting....
Basically, what it means, is that Decimus no longer have a free reign of his policies, and the "real people in power" are starting to get fed up with him.
I'd like to add the following to help understand what the world has lost:
Back in 1968 when Star Trek was still going, "Mr. Spock" received a letter from a bi-racial kid who has having a hard time fitting in. Rather than automatically reply with a signed photograph, he took the time to write this [a href="http://mystartrekscrapbook.blogspot.co.uk/2013/02/1968-article-spock-teenage-outcast.html"]letter[/a href] (NOTE: Sorry if I messed up the link). His response not only shows his intelligence and compassion, but also how deeply he goes into understanding his character.
My wife wouldn't be born for another decade, but she would read a reprint of it as a kid. Being mixed-race herself, she, too, would become inspired by it.
The world is richer for you having been in it, sir, and poorer for your leaving it. We wish you the best on your new adventure.
One thing you forgot in his credits of life, Poet. Leonard Nimoy wrote a book of beautiful poetry, one I gave my Wife for Valentines day many years ago. He also was a larger than life character in the closing seasons of Mission Impossible as the character of Paris. We are much better for the joy, mystery and entertainment he brought to our lives. We have lost an idol, a larger than life figure and so we offer one last "Live Long and Prosper" to the man we admired.
do you really think the prince is THAT stupid.. after all what happened to the man who hurt her last is STILL being talked about .. and Deck got a first hand recounting if you recall ..
Irene DEAD serves no purpose other than to piss Maximus off and leads to a severely maimed or dead Deci, but Irene as a HOSTAGE against Maximus, that's a whole other ball game Centcomm. I.e. Behave, do exactly as I say, or she suffers the consequences of you're disobedience. That's a pretty powerful motivator. Is Deci smart enough to do this, I dunno, but I think he might be...
I suspect Maxus has already considered the possibility that someone might some day try to blackmail him with Irene's safety, and I bet he has taken steps to solve that possibility even before it happens.
Rank 22 - let us try to get DC into the top 20 by the end of the month...

Regarding our intrepid soldiers marching to war, I see that Acantha has already done her homework for the upcoming battle!
FIRE THE CANNONS!!!!!!

But he will be missed. And thus I send a last salute to the actor, the inspiration, the good man that he was.
I draw my hat before you, good sir.
That does fill me with a certain amount of dread and worry, considering Decimus' latest moods.
When he's calm and everything goes fine for him? No. Definitely not.
When he's got one of his episodes and goes full time crazy? Definitely yes.
He has not become a general for being stupid.
Can't you just see it at the Pearly Gates:
"What is this place? It's not the bridge."
""You're bein' in Heaven, Mr. Spock."
"Indeed, Mr. Scott? Given my surroundings, it appears that is logical. What do you say, Doctor?"
"I'm a doctor, not a theologian, Mr. Spock."
:D
