Hope Kyles Armor is more all encasing then Miraiko's. That reinforced back bone guard ain't a hell of a lot, open for a gut shot shoulders and legs open, one trooper with a spray and pray pattern and she gonna need more nannites that Kyle.
Yeah, yeah, I know: It's the fantasy/anime rule about female armor. Sexy? Sure. But it's gets ridiculous. I think this Female Armor Sucks video by the hilarious CollegeHumor group sums it up.
Cool outfit she has on. But the butt on Lemonade looks funny to me. Aery Soul/Aeon Soul/Alfaseed is hit and miss on his or her outfits sometimes. Especially on the shoes. And Alice. lol
If you use Lemonade AMP with the bodysuit from Liquid Halo on Sky it looks kick ass!
I have other plans for the liquid Halo suit :D this is the lemonaid AMP set :D but please please dont remind me of that MESSED up girl alice...OH god..
And I did not use the shoes on Lemonaid,, they are beyond ugly. Thankfully this is only part of Miraiko's armor :D not all of it :D
It think that is an underlayer of armor, meant for heavier plating over it.
The exposed navel may be for purposes of life sign monitors in the outer armor.
I'd say it looks like an underharness for a powered assault suit.
EDIT:
After looking at it again I can see the points where more armor is supposed to mount. It's not for an assault suit, as much as I love those, but she's gonna be pretty heavily encased.
The parts by the legs are obviously meant to mount solids plates over and soft armor under, the spine guard seems less a guard, more a hooking point for articulated plating.
The thing just between and below her breasts seems to be a point for hardmounting an upper chestplate, as are the parts along the same metal line extending from her armpits and the part just over her clavicals.
The spot around her navel obviously has a variety of potions for hardmounting plating.
I'm gonna guess the sheaths over her arm are a reactive fiber to augment strength, as may be the rest of the suit, possibly to compensate for the total weight of the armor.
Based on the parts around her hips and groin I suspect some kind of faulds or similar armor to compensate for otherwise lightly armored joints in those areas.
In general it seems like that is nothing but a platform for some heavy carbon fiber, ceramics, and metal.
I'd say she's gonna be pretty solidly encased in carbon fiber, will have a mixture of articulated ceramic and metal plates over the important stuff.
And from the creating the model side, I'm gonna guess the exposed navel despite all of the above was a result of trying to mount all of the other stuff without clipping.
Not very, I'm afraid. Miraiko fights more like Black Widow than Iron Man; heavy armor would utterly cripple her actual combat effectiveness. (Not to mention that stomping around in a battlesuit would make her a huge screaming target for everyone inside the palace.) Miraiko, as one of Tokyo Rose's agents, has had a full course of the sort of treatment that Kyle got a quick version of.
Oh what I mean by articulated armor is some pretty lightweight in relative terms stuff. It's meant to be mobile, only putting thicker, heavier plates over parts that don't bend so much or are really, really important (namely the chest and head.)
I hope that one of them tells Kyle that his mission could cover Lynn's escape. After all, if Decimus activates his contingencies before she has left the area, the rescue mission could go badly.
Definitely mjkj. The dominoes are falling. Now to see if the last one topples Douchimus or destroys the world!
I think Rose cares way MORE than she wants people to know. She can be pretty ruthless in her actions, but she cares about way more than herself for sure.
He's a TEENAGE, Rose. You should have realized by now (after all the teenagers you've had to deal with over the years) that Fantasy is what they LIVE at least until they get out and get a job.
And then they go out to get a job, and flipping burgers devours their soul, their hopes, and their dreams.
*Looks on with the hollow eyes of a man who has seen too much... grease*
They're on the clock: Kyle still has to be delivered to Aeneas somehow, and who knows what plans Rose has for trying to make that happen? They're also under a discovery-pressure of, "What happens when someone shows up to autopsy his body/ship his remains to his folks?"
Well, she'd better be doing a good job of faking the most boring report ever that convinces people to stay away from his remains. Also tagging the dummy-corpse as minor-biohazard or something. Also predicting exactly what it takes to keep Prince what's-his-name from randomly showing up to point at the meat and gloat, and discovering there's something fishy going on. And preventing the Cassians from finding anything when they go to double-check as a routine procedure because he did point a weapon at Decimus. And, and, and... no, I don't think it can be handled conclusively and the angle of preparing the Nova Roma official autopsy report itself is just one of the issues when we don't have the faintest clue what Spartan procedures are.
Enough jaw flappin', kid. Suit up and Step up. Believe it or not, You're actually The Man right now, which is WHY that was so stupid. Get over it and get on with it. People Need you.
yeah I'm not sure whether that's part of an exoskeleton or she's just naked either. The way it lays on her arm reminds me a lot of the Colonel in Luna Stars arm. Other than that those apparently hard squares by her crotch have to irritate her skin.
That would make sense, Mark. Designed to interface between Miraiko's cybernetics and the armor's sensors and weapons. So what we are seeing isn't meant to withstand being shot, but to link with the suit that IS!
Possibly a greatly advanced form of the Hardiman suit developed by GE back in the 60's. Which in turn was inspired by Heinlein's Starship Troopers. Guessing this one WORKS better than the Hardiman though. :-)
Hmmm... that might work in Nova Roma, Prof. Since most of the military is male. Probably wouldn't work so well in other city states though (looking at New Troy for example).
Huh Rose...having a lteriour motive to manipulate someone into doing something super dangerious, for her own ends... Wooooowwwww that's just Sooo suprising... *Watches sarcasm meters all over explode*

but didnt see a easy way to cover it ..

How close am I to correct?
What you're seeing is the "Lemonade" outfit with the AMP C-Suit texture set.
(insert obnoxious insinuation here) stat!
and they're in the dr's office...
She could "play" doctor...
:D
"oh. Sorry Kyle.. I forgot to change out of my... dinner outfit".
Classic!
Poor Kyle. No pressure on Kyle, Miraiko, just telling him the 'little' job he needs to do. Saving EVERYONE, yeah no pressure there.
...yeah, Rose cares - in her own way...
Great armor by the way...
And thanks!
I think Rose cares way MORE than she wants people to know. She can be pretty ruthless in her actions, but she cares about way more than herself for sure.
...foul language and rough behavior so nobody else knows...
*Looks on with the hollow eyes of a man who has seen too much... grease*
Miraiko: No. She reserves that for people she's very upset with.
Tokyo Rose: *appears to Miraiko* I'm not finished here! *disappears*
Miraiko: ... *backs off*
>:=)>
Did that make sense?
I'm basing that idea off of one of my stories which I need to get back to writing and posting on.

(The preceding was entirely original, and not at all based on one of my favorite jokes in one of my favorite movies, because I DON'T Plagiarize!)
