Since the Artist is feeling particularly under the weather, our friend Di stepped up to give us a sweet piece of art from Shinedo's nightclub scene, wherein Maddy and Jasper, two of Tokyo Rose's agents, are relaxing and/or planning to do something terrible to someone who deserves it.
Hope you fee lbeter soon, Cent and you take care too Rose.
UV tattoos exist now, they glow under 'blacklight', I don't know how permanent the ink is though...
I suppose I could look it up but it'll give someone else something to do ;)
in AMS school.. we had / have dye penetrant inspection. very UV reactive. (thats how we find the cracks..)
so we would give others UV temp tats, for the clubs..
washes off with alcohol.
I had a basic course in NDT and LPI was part of it but that was 40+ years ago and I was by no means as proficient at it as someone who does it every day.
NDT was a specialty trade for us, they did all the LPI, MPI, X-ray, etc.
I had an Uncle who transferred to that and ended up in NDHQ as a Manager.
Took his uniform off when he retired and came in the next day in civvies for a pay raise and the same office.
Sorry for being remiss, rude and downright unneighbourly and not mentioning the guest art/artist :(
It was probably my subconscious telling me that a non-artist like myself saying someone who presents an image of that calibre 'does good work' would be presumptuous at best, but I still have to say "thank you" for stepping up and helping Cent (and the readers) out, it's greatly appreciated and a nice thing to do.
Sad to hear you're feeling poorly, Centcomm! :(
I hope you feel better soon! *hugs*

Feelie could get one too ;) I'd forgotten that real scorpions glow under UV light.
Handy if you live in the desert and have a UV flashlight
