cattservant 8th Jan 2013, 9:16 PM edit delete reply

Way way too much

Centcomm 8th Jan 2013, 9:36 PM edit delete reply

This scene has been waited for by me and Rose and others for literally, years :D
cattservant 8th Jan 2013, 9:39 PM edit delete reply

You need to have a wild
Tuna & Root Beer party!
Tokyo Rose 9th Jan 2013, 12:01 AM edit delete reply

EdInFresno 8th Jan 2013, 9:25 PM edit delete reply

Oh, and by the way, I turned a friend of mine on to your work. I think she's going to enjoy it very much.
Centcomm 8th Jan 2013, 9:35 PM edit delete reply

YAY - the more the merryer! and thank you !
EdInFresno 8th Jan 2013, 11:53 PM edit delete reply

You're very welcome. :D

Well, at this point I've got five chapters of Mella's Secret, eight chapters of Little Phoenix and a little short called "Stuck On You" posted and, now that I'm getting used to all this I'm loving it! Now I know how George Harrison felt after he left the Beatles! LOL!
JGibs_Evil_Twin 8th Jan 2013, 10:12 PM edit delete reply

Great work.
Centcomm 8th Jan 2013, 10:21 PM edit delete reply

thank you very much! :D its always good to get compliments!
Rashala 8th Jan 2013, 10:33 PM edit delete reply

Hey centy? DO MEga AIs like you and He have some sort of contractual Obligation for a big flashy Overly dramatci intro like this?
Centcomm 8th Jan 2013, 10:38 PM edit delete reply

No thats all Aeneas... *winks* if you will recall Cents introduction was fairly sedate...Cents first apperance
Rashala 9th Jan 2013, 12:29 AM edit delete reply

Must be a nova Roman thing
Centcomm 9th Jan 2013, 12:32 AM edit delete reply

if you recall the prince liked grand entrances too
Dragonrider 9th Jan 2013, 6:38 AM edit delete reply

I wouldn't call a platinum pink Blond with a fantastic tan, and open midriff, bigger boobs exactly sedate.
dpallee 8th Jan 2013, 11:50 PM edit delete reply

Freaky blue dude...that would give me the shudders running into him. I can imagine his voice, a hollow deep echoing thing.
Centcomm 9th Jan 2013, 8:09 AM edit delete reply

yep you have it on the nose there. theres also a sub quality to his voice - as in not just "one" voice.
Death2Bravo 9th Jan 2013, 2:06 AM edit delete reply

Smoke and mirrors. Is he also the great and powerful Oz? I'd be looking for the guy behind the curtain, but then that's me.
Centcomm 9th Jan 2013, 8:10 AM edit delete reply

hahah - so hes a short bald dude :D
cattservant 9th Jan 2013, 4:42 AM edit delete reply

Sure hope it all works out over time.
Aeneas really needs to send out to New Troy for a chassis upgrade!
Centcomm 9th Jan 2013, 8:10 AM edit delete reply

hehe yup.
Dragonrider 9th Jan 2013, 6:44 AM edit delete reply

OK he now shows his "playful" side to impress Lynn, glad to see he uses something beside the "blue face of death". That thing he is on looks a lot like the Anti-Matter reactor in the outer entrance.
Centcomm 9th Jan 2013, 8:12 AM edit delete reply

there isnt just "one" A/m reactor.. there are several .. there are 12 total. they power the main orbital cannons. these two fed the distroyed one. and are shut down and offline.
KarToon12 9th Jan 2013, 11:07 AM edit delete reply

Well THIS is going to prove to be interesting.
Centcomm 9th Jan 2013, 2:22 PM edit delete reply

yes it is..:D
wright1 9th Jan 2013, 11:34 AM edit delete reply
From what's been hinted about Aeneas so far, what we're seeing here isn't really an act. Or if it is, it's one that the actor desperately wishes he could drop so he could put his feet up in his dressing room and have a REAL conversation.

From what Acantha said about her first encounter with him, she's probably a major factor in keeping him relatively stable. Lynn may be another; her family has been in partnership with AIs for generations.

Yeah, Decimus isn't going to be pleased when he hears about THIS encounter. Good.
Centcomm 9th Jan 2013, 2:22 PM edit delete reply

very astute observations :D
LooeyQ 9th Jan 2013, 12:35 PM edit delete reply

Whoooooa! Things just got a little nutty nuts!!!
Centcomm 9th Jan 2013, 2:22 PM edit delete reply

yep that they did...
CyberSkull 9th Jan 2013, 2:17 PM edit delete reply

He supplies his own lens flare? Hoo boy.
Centcomm 9th Jan 2013, 2:22 PM edit delete reply

heh.. yeah its a lens flare tool.. couldnt think of a better way to get the effect I wanted .. sorry its so obvious.
CyberSkull 9th Jan 2013, 9:02 PM edit delete reply

I mean he is actually holding up a lamp in the effort to produce a lens flare for his guests.
Draginbeard 9th Jan 2013, 2:37 PM edit delete reply

I feel like I am witness to a far more serious version of the Wizard of Oz, William Gibson style...oh man, if this guy turns out to BE Gibson, or a clone of, or related to, or...or...or...oh man, my brain is overloading!
Centcomm 9th Jan 2013, 3:37 PM edit delete reply

well to be truthful thats not far off. and often famous people are used as "persona-seeds" so who knows who hes modeled on. :D
velvetsanity 15th Apr 2013, 5:51 PM edit delete reply

Obviously modeled on one of the "gods of rock", say, Jim Morrison, or (more likely) someone more recent. Or even perhaps an amalgam of several.

Does he play any instruments? :D
Centcomm 15th Apr 2013, 5:53 PM edit delete reply

If he did .. he hasnt said so :D
velvetsanity 18th Apr 2013, 7:10 AM edit delete reply

He should. He has the look and attitude down pat :D
lalverson 9th Jan 2013, 4:21 PM edit delete reply
Lens flare, an artist's friend and ally since photo-shop 1. When you need a real cool light effect, accept no substitutes.
Centcomm 9th Jan 2013, 6:51 PM edit delete reply

cattservant 9th Jan 2013, 5:38 PM edit delete reply

Well, that's one advantage of being a nontechnical Reader. It still looks like a Mark 3 plasma caster to me!

(On a side note:
Have you seen this Webcomic?
You might like it.)
Centcomm 9th Jan 2013, 6:51 PM edit delete reply

Yay! adn I took a look at it .. pretty cute!
Dragonrider 9th Jan 2013, 6:05 PM edit delete reply

One might wonder with the care and affection he has shown Acantha what his reaction to the act Decimus attempted last evening will be. I am betting that one reaction will be to spring the lock, or at least deactivate the charge in the bracelet Lynn wears, also he may offer to bring forward some of his toys and assign them as bodyguards to the young ladies. Consider Decimus's reaction if Acantha and Lynn were to walk in the throne room with each having a pair of warbots as bodyguards. The throne would have to be cleaned and sanitized at mimimum, plus a heavy duty odor remover for the room and Decimus would need a new set of cloths and a long bath immediately.
Centcomm 9th Jan 2013, 6:53 PM edit delete reply

some of these questions will be answered in the next several pages :D as for the warbot comment :D snickers .. yeah probably give new meaning to the words greased throne..
cattservant 9th Jan 2013, 6:57 PM edit delete reply

Gee, and poor Decimus is still tender from Maxus's boot!
Centcomm 9th Jan 2013, 6:59 PM edit delete reply

yep that was crammed up there pretty far too!
cattservant 9th Jan 2013, 7:08 PM edit delete reply

It's like the old zipper dilemma;
It takes way more courage to unzip!
mushroomisland 10th Jan 2013, 1:55 PM edit delete reply

antrik 7th Oct 2016, 7:59 PM edit delete reply
