Maybe they were salvaged from some ruins, vault, or buried warehouse? Or maybe they tend to re-use crates rather than build new ones from scratch? I get the impression that, especially in the Wastes, folks salvage and recycle whatever they can and the philosophy of waste not/want not is the rule.
well you would need a comic fury account ( its free ) then you could subscribe ! :D
If I did it - it would be a spacemaster system ( the sci fi version of rolemaster. by ICE )
I've just read all of your 894 pages of comics! I've really enjoyed the story so far. Keep up the great work! Also I love your tech section. The universe you created, kind of reminds me of Appleseed. :)
wowsers ! thank you ! it does tend to be a complex one - one of the drawbacks of being a gamer ( the table top one ) and a nut for explaining things....
Heh, ya I saw that you went into a lot of details. Though its in those details about how the line between Android and human eventually blurs that really attracts viewers like myself. It reminds me of the theme in Ghost in the shell: man machine interface.
I think its a great theme worth exploring , as it invokes philosophical questions like what makes us human, and if our deepest thoughts and emotions are store with electrons instead of chemical, would we still be consider "human"? It seems what you have created Dolly to be is a great platform to explore that question.
I do enjoy your arks, but just be careful of being too distracting to the main story line... We do want our main resuer Dolly to get there before the backups do!
Except in this case it's more complicated. She's equipped with some hardware that causes her pain, designed and installed by another AI. Moreover, she is a fragment of said AI, so that makes her pain self-inflicted then.
(Nice museum quality crates Boss Breaker has in his dungeon!)
(Even the bad tempered smelly ones.)

Is your Cat attentive?
Mine are being quite insistent.

and I say person not Being or intelligence cause, in my opinion she is a person. She feels emotions, feels pain, and is inquistive about her world
So what is it when mechs place mechs in bondage then?
