I met Ms Hey at DragonCon in 2005. She's a very wonderful person, full of light and love. Deeply spiritual and at peace with herself. Meeting her was definitely one of the high points of DragonCon. ^_^
they are a very old race , the sun they are from was unstable. but in glactic terms they had a LOT of warning. so were able to plan and take action to save thier race.
The sun will grow very, very slowly. We'll have plenty of time to either halt its growth, reverse it, prevent it from happening in the first place, or get the hell out of dodge. We're too technologically advanced to ever go back to the stone age. Enough would survive even a worldwide extinction event to shorly rebuild back up to at least the late 1800's, early 1900's technology wise.
Still want to know about your comment about Dryads, and wondering if that means we will meet the rest of the Fey court*really hopes not; too damn many of them would eat their own grandmothers for a tea time snack*.
well The E-pips were mistaken for a lot of the nature fey because of thier varyed shapes and forms. three have been also trolls and there are a few other critters out there that have been around a long time :D
Yup, case of mistaken identity there. Hey, green people who apparently came from the trees or the sky and know how to grow things and take care of plants? Must be nature spirits of some kind!
Currently reduced to lurking in libraries full of pollen afflicted people.! Once I return from exile in the sniffly Great Green North Florida springtime woods, I'm going to have a lot of asimilating to do!
*waits for someone to ask about Friendly feline aliens*
@jack HAH so true.
Like terrestrial felines, their most common emotions are Kill!, wrath, and apathy. Hmm... say those three really fast...
At least she's trying to help her new home.
[Your 2D disguise is quite charming!]
