This page flashed me back to "The Wild Wild West," cool 60s show that helped in warping my mind. Thanks!:)

When Senator Pastori got the anti violence stuff going on about TV shows Robert Conrad had two shows cancelled, this was one of them and he swore Pastori had it in for him personally.
Well anyone that is still alive after being involved in schemes with Mr. Black HAS to be dangerous. :-D I mean, that is a GIVEN. And they have be some kind of CRAZY too, if they are willing to go back into the fire with him again. :-D
Speaking of fire... If he is an android and is named Pyre... Is he some kind of firebug? :-D An android that likes to play with fire could be... interesting.
TeeDee could tell him about burning up and he would be like... Fire is so exciting. :-D Not sure if that how THAT might work out, but could be VERY bad.
There arent a LOT of aliens in Datachasers .. you have seen 2 in the comic one you have actually seen and the other only via a radio - ( The Cryians ) Those are pretty much the only races that will be seen in the first arc.
Just because we haven't seen them, doesn't mean they aren't around though.
In fact, they might be very good at being sneaky - Especially if they're not really supposed to be there, but still want to keep an eye on humanity's development.
Well, on the bright side, you get to bring the bit of him you carry inside to the fore, and let people see what a swell guy he was.
A bit of an opportunity there to tell an interesting bit of story. :)
Hes a really cool Charcter. adding him to the active Charcters in DC is kinda a nice tribute I think. He passed away about a year and some change ago, the player that created Kira survived him. as well as his son.
Pyre looks like a member of a postapocalyptic '80s synthpop band. He'd fit right in at a Skinny Puppy concert. The black/red look and the name lead me to believe this one can do things with Fire...
Yeah, I have a problem with how quick some of them get past 1,000. I mean, I can believe some of them vote totals are real; however, if they get a huge push and then drop way off. Sounds suspicious to me to say the least.
I don't see any CG comics in the top 5 right now. The closest is #13. But just because a particular comic isn't your cup of tea doesn't mean they have to cheat to get votes. Some people have strange tastes. Me, for instance; I used to read TMI regularly. But I got bored with it a few years ago...
I know there are voters that tend to vote a bunch in the first week or so, when it can make a big difference, but vote less and less as a month goes on. Me, for instance - so far this month I've got 13 legal votes in for DC & Luna. (I had over 20 by day 4 of July, but I have less free time this month.)
But I can't maintain that for a whole month and taper off. Sometimes I don't vote at all on the 31st...
It does strike me as strange that only one comic I enjoy is in the top 10 (It used to be two, but Goblins dropped precipitously when Tarol dropped the vote button from his page), but I just remind myself that people are strange, and tastes vary. I do vote consistently for my favorites, which is about all I can do...
I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but you can only get one level of reply in these comments, so even though I replied to three different comments above, they all end up in the same place. That probably happens to other people, as well, making it harder to keep a thread of conversation going.
So, this is basically a suggestion that you consider allowing replies at least a three or four deep...
well one thing is your useing a guest ID-
making a comic fury account is free and you dont have to have a comic to have one .. you can also subscribe and that helps Datachasers popularity :D
im not sure if a guest is treated diffrently than a account. but its worth a shot. :D
Don't think that's it. You made a "Thank n my You" reply to one of my replies above, but yours wasn't indented any further than mine, and you, presumably, have an account.
But it obviously ain't a biggie since no one else seems to have noticed.

But what sort of android ?
Speaking of fire... If he is an android and is named Pyre... Is he some kind of firebug? :-D An android that likes to play with fire could be... interesting.

Sure doesn't LOOK human though... Not with those eyes. Mutant of some kind? I guess it could be some kind of cyberwear, but it sure looks freaky.
... oooorrr .. half human perhaps ?
...That, or he's SO cybernetic that he's more machine than man, and the description is a bit inaccurate. :P
In fact, they might be very good at being sneaky - Especially if they're not really supposed to be there, but still want to keep an eye on humanity's development.
cant really say TOO much at this point. but he picked his own name.

Right on through
Other side,
That they do!
Well, at first I was unsure if he is or not - but then I read the alt-text...
:p
But I'm being *so* sincere, right now!
A bit of an opportunity there to tell an interesting bit of story. :)
And the player who made him passed away? I'm so sorry...:(
I'm looking forward to seeing more of the character. :)
I swear with some of the numbers showing up, someone is doing SOMETHING even worse than that to get their rank up. :-p
I'd suspect the artists of some of them are running server farms to spam votes :P
But I can't maintain that for a whole month and taper off. Sometimes I don't vote at all on the 31st...
Thank you :D
