["Of all the gin joints..."
Given the particularly tense current political/military situation,
just what were the odds of her being in the Lucky Strike right about then?
Hmnn...]
Ok. I was mostly curious exactly what role she fulfills in the organization. My next guess would have been Internal Affairs, based on the 'Admin' title.
Unless 'Admin' is her *name*....which would just be weird LOL
Wait. Is she implying that she knows that Teedee is an android, or that Teedee kicking the pool table at her is retaliation for her attitude towards Connie earlier?
Marcus: "I was giving my soldier here *indicates Teedee* a wall-to-wall counseling session. I apologize for the location, but circumstances necessitated I intervene before she got out of hand."
I know the idiot was making tracks, but I doubt that he is UNKNOWN in Atha. People like that have complaints filed against them just for BREATHING. :-D
And he was responsible for STARTING that fight (though about ANYTHING could have done that, as touchy as TeeDee was) by getting touchy feely with her (see She Started It, current page 1018). Unwelcome advances on a guest MIGHT be a crime in Atha, especially in the trade quarter. Probably not more than a FINE, but they might still hunt stupid down on principles. :-D
Interesting, I had not pegged her as a Justicar .. admin or not.
I rather thought she was affiliated with Mr Black, and was there to meet him, hence why she didn't run away in fear.
Offcourse, that may still be the case. :)
Well if she is a high ranking Justicar, I doubt she is EASILY scared off. :-) And if they act as cop and JUDGE, she probably is USED to watching and then acting.
I do notice though, being in civvies, she didn't announce her presence until she got backup. :-D Three Justicars, armed and ready to blast any and all involved did provide her all the backup she needed to take charge of the situation. :-)
One of the reviewers (I can't remember who) pointed out the random lady in the background earlier. They've got good eyes (and instincts) to think she wasn't just a random person. :D

Fate looking after the 'Innocents' then?
That would explain her very specific "I won't press charges" solution.

Or,
by ascending charges order.
Or,
by social courtesy.
[She seems to be an 'organized' type of person...]
Then went to the next one that was grouped (by proximity) with them, and got Goldie. Who (because of her past) required MUCH greater attention.
Have to wonder what is in store for Marcus and TeeDee (the trouble makers) and Dr. Silver (the less then innocent bystander). :-D
Nah, that would blow their cover sky high.
I wonder how she will charge mr. douche bag...
She is surprisingly fair that far.
hehe sadly Mr DB didnt really DO anything wrong.

Looks like she's starting small and working her way up!
